Do I have to change my number?
No. Atendize uses the WhatsApp number your customers already have — you connect it once, just like WhatsApp Web.
Does the patient need an app?
No. They book through the WhatsApp they already use, by chatting — nothing to install.
Is it hard to set up?
You don't have to do it alone: during the free trial I set everything up for you (bot, services and team).
Can I charge a deposit to secure the appointment?
Yes. In “pay before booking” mode, the appointment is only finalized after the payment is confirmed. Automatic confirmation is currently integrated with Brazilian payment methods; outside Brazil, you send your own payment link in the conversation and record the confirmation right there.
Can I have several doctors or professionals?
Yes. Each professional has their own calendar and the patient chooses who to book with; only open slots are shown.
