Do I have to change my number?
No. Atendize uses the WhatsApp number your customers already have — you connect it once, just like WhatsApp Web.
Does the customer have to install an app?
No. They book through the WhatsApp they already use, by chatting — nothing to download.
Is it hard to set up?
You don't have to do it alone: during the free trial I set everything up for you (bot, services and team).
Can I charge a deposit to secure the appointment?
Yes. In “pay before booking” mode, the appointment is only finalized after the payment is confirmed. Automatic confirmation is currently integrated with Brazilian payment methods; outside Brazil, you send your own payment link in the conversation and record the confirmation right there.
Does it work for day-use resorts and day passes, not just lodging?
It does. You register what you sell — day pass, cabin night, table for a meal, boat ride, kayak, stand-up paddleboard — each with its own price and schedule. The guest chooses and books through the conversation.
Won't the AI make up prices or promise spots that don't exist?
No. It answers based on what you registered (hours, prices and the calendar's real availability) and, when a booking has to be finalized, it's the system that checks the amount, not the AI. If the guest asks for something outside what was agreed or gets upset, the conversation goes to a person on your team — and as soon as someone replies, the AI goes quiet on its own.
