Everything Atendize does, in one place.
A complete WhatsApp customer service platform: an organized team, AI that works for you, scheduling, payments, sales funnel, tickets and much more — without stitching together ten different tools.
This page brings together everything the platform does — not what each plan includes. The AI agent starts on Basic + AI (it replies, without scheduling); scheduling, the sales funnel, payments and the AI that books appointments start on Professional; audit log, public API and blocklist are on Enterprise. Customer service that never loses anyone
Multiple agents, 1 number
Your whole team on the number you already use, each with their own login. Conversations are distributed automatically.
Own portfolio or shared inbox
You choose: each agent sees only their own conversations, their department's or all of them. Front desk, clinic and beauty salon work together — whoever replies first gets the conversation. With per-person exceptions, when someone needs a different scope.
Learn more →Omnichannel
WhatsApp (unofficial and Official API), Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, the your website chat e email in a single inbox — your team answers all six channels in the same place. Plus, you can post WhatsApp Status updates from the dashboard.
Website chat
A chat bubble on your website: visitors talk to your team without leaving the page and without needing WhatsApp. Choose the title, color and greeting, paste one line of code and you're done — the conversation lands in the same inbox, with flows and AI.
WhatsApp groups beta
Handle groups inside the dashboard — and choose which ones: the customer's group comes in, the family group doesn't. Each message shows who said it, and no automation replies in there (in a group, a bot's mistake is public).
Official WhatsApp API
A Meta-approved number, no phone needs to stay on, and no risk of the misuse ban that threatens regular numbers. The account is in your company's name.
Learn more →Got banned? Get back to answering customers
What to do in the first few hours, the mistake that buries your account for good, and how to come back on a path that doesn't go down.
Learn more →Departments and supervisors
Split your team into departments, each with its own customer greeting, and give supervisors a view of the team — plus the autonomy to reconnect the line and adjust their own department's texts. If you serve multiple stores or multiple clients , group departments by location and filter an entire location with one click.
File library
Price list, PDF catalog, product photo: the owner uploads it once and the team sends it from the conversation in two clicks, always the right version — nobody digs through their own phone.
Internal chat
Your team coordinates, mentions each other and opens tickets for one another — without leaving the platform.
Silent transfer
Hand the conversation to another agent or department without notifying the customer — you decide on each transfer, and it's logged in the internal note. The history goes with it; whoever receives it sees everything.
Collaborator (non-agent)
Bring IT, admin or a manager into the team's internal chat — they take part in internal conversations without handling customers or taking up a seat.
Quick replies
Shortcuts to send your go-to messages with one tap.
Tags and filters
Organize and find conversations by tag, status, agent and more.
All kinds of files
Send multiple files at once, annotate an image before sending it, record audio and share contacts — all in the conversation.
Announcement and task channels
Internal announcements your team reads without replying, and tasks created straight from the internal chat — nothing gets lost.
Automation and Artificial Intelligence
Take over and hand back to the AI
One click and the AI agent stops in that conversation — and the customer gets the notice: “from now on, you're talking to Thalita”. When you're done, you hand it back. Conversations where the AI asked for help and nobody showed up go to their own tab, 🙋 Needs you, with the reason in writing.
Learn more →Conversations at the customer's pace
Someone who writes in bits — “hi”, “I'd like a pedicure”, “how much is it?” — gets a single reply: the AI waits for the person to finish typing. And someone who says right away what they want gets the answer, not the whole catalog.
Learn more →AI copilot
Suggests replies, polishes the text and summarizes the conversation — in customer service and in the team's internal chat.
Flows (no code)
Build ManyChat-style automations on a visual canvas — questions, buttons, conditions, A/B testing and calls to your API. With industry templates to get started in minutes.
Forms inside WhatsApp
On the Official API, customers fill in multiple fields on a single screen, inside the app, instead of answering six questions in a row. What they type goes straight into their profile.
AI that replies with audio
Whoever sends audio gets audio back, in the voice you choose. Links and the list of time slots stay in text, because those are things to copy.
The AI uses your tools
It checks Google Calendar before offering a time slot, logs entries in Google Sheets and calls your API (inventory, ERP, shipment tracking) in the middle of the conversation.
Keyword rules
Trigger automatic replies based on keywords in messages.
After-hours bot
Lets customers know and helps them even outside business hours, without leaving them hanging.
Knowledge base
A central FAQ the AI and your team use to always answer well — searchable with one click inside the conversation. Questions the knowledge base doesn't cover become article suggestions. Import it from a PDF, a Word file or your website: it becomes a ready-to-use article, and when you update the source, only what came from it gets replaced.
AI with predictable costs
Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance, with a usage meter in the dashboard — no surprises on your bill.
Sales and customer relationships
Sales funnel (mini-CRM)
Each lead becomes a card. Tags move the card to the right stage (even by family, e.g. OBJ*), each line can have its own funnel, and whoever closed the deal is marked with 🏆. Built a great board? Duplicate it for another location with one click.
Learn more →Opportunity conversion
Mark the stage where a browser becomes a qualified lead (asked for a quote, booked a visit). The report then shows how many opportunities there were and how many turned into sales — the metric that matters to anyone who sells. With start and end dates, and a PDF to bring to the meeting.
Bulk sending
Campaigns with anti-ban pacing and official templates — reach your contact list without burning your number.
Resend to people who didn't reply
After the campaign, one click builds the next one with only the people who didn't reply — and anyone who replied in the meantime drops off the list automatically. No checking name by name.
WhatsApp Status
Post the deal of the day to your Status right from the dashboard — colored text or an image, for all contacts or by tag. It's seen by anyone who has your number saved, without flooding anyone's inbox.
Scheduled messages and reminders
Schedule a message to go out on its own at the exact date and time (payment, notice, follow-up) — and set reminders so nothing goes cold.
Sequences (message cadence)
A tag puts the customer into a cadence of messages spaced days apart: introduction, social proof, offer. They leave the cadence as soon as they reply.
Catalog in the chat
Show multiple products with photo, name and price right inside the conversation, instead of sending a PDF nobody opens.
Lead capture
Trackable links and QR codes, a floating button for your website and click-to-WhatsApp ad capture: you know where every conversation came from.
Automatic reactivation (winback)
Customers who haven't come back in X days get a message inviting them back — automatically, at the pace you set.
Automatic birthday messages
A birthday greeting in your style on the exact day — the perfect excuse to sell again.
Scheduling and payments
Scheduling / self-booking
Customers book on their own — service, professional, time slot — with reminders that reduce no-shows.
Learn more →Public booking page
Your own link to put in your bio, on Google or in your ad: customers pick the service, professional and time slot without having to talk to anyone — and the appointment lands in the same calendar.
Your schedule in your calendar
An iCal address that Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar can subscribe to: appointments show up in the calendar you already use, without copying anything by hand.
The right professional for each service
Link who does what. The customer picks their preferred professional, and the calendar (and the AI) respect their availability.
Add-ons per service
Register each service's add-ons with their price and extra minutes: the AI offers them, adds them to the price and books the right amount of time on the calendar.
Day-of-the-week promotions
Automatic promotional pricing on the days you choose — the AI applies the right price for that day, with no mistakes.
Holidays and closed days
Block specific dates or turn on national holidays — nobody books when the business is closed.
End-of-day close
How much came in today and how: payment link, card, bank transfer and cash — with the list of who paid, at what time and for which service. It matches your register receipt and your payment provider's statement.
Learn more →Payment at the front desk
Customers who pay on the spot also go into the system: the payment is recorded on the appointment itself, with the day's amount already filled in. And if card costs differently from cash at your business, the system does the math — your team doesn't do mental arithmetic.
Two people, one WhatsApp
Mother and daughter, husband and wife: the AI understands the service is for someone else, counts both, and books both at the same time with different professionals.
Learn more →Management, team and analytics
Tickets / Helpdesk
Every conversation becomes a ticket with a stage, an owner and an SLA — several per customer, all tracked.
Learn more →Linked tickets
Does the same problem turn into several tickets? Link them: whoever opens any of them sees the others, with subject, customer and status.
Why the conversation ended
Register your closing reasons and close the conversation with one of them. The AI agent reads the conversation and suggests the reason and the summary — you just confirm.
Conversation cap per agent
Set how many open conversations each person can handle. Whoever hits the limit stops receiving new ones, and the overflow waits in the queue instead of landing on someone who's already full.
Menu and orders
For food businesses: daily menu with “sold out,” delivery fees by neighborhood and the kitchen screen on your phone. Paid orders are marked automatically (automatic confirmation is currently integrated with Brazilian payment methods). Enabled on request, per account.
Reports and dashboard
Conversations, response times, SLA and team productivity in real time.
Productivity per agent
By period and by person: messages, first response, rating, SLA, bookings and closed deals — exportable to CSV. It credits whoever delivers, counting each contact only once and without taking credit away from whoever received it via transfer.
Your business's fields on the contact card
Create fields with a type — amount, date, ID number (with check digit validated), list of options. The card validates what was typed, the list filters by “amount over 1,000” or “due before Friday,” the CSV comes out with one column per field and the dashboard adds it up.
Per-person permissions
Who exports, who launches a campaign, who deletes a conversation — person by person, not just by role. And your team can serve customers without seeing the customer's number: it's masked throughout the dashboard.
Email invitation
Add someone without making up a password for them: they get a link, create their own and sign in. No temporary passwords floating around the team's group chat.
Two-step verification
Sign in with an authenticator app code, recovery codes to keep safe, and the owner can rescue anyone who lost their phone. For people who handle customers, the account no longer depends on the password alone.
See who's already in the conversation
Before you reply, the dashboard warns you that someone else on the team has that conversation open. No more duplicate replies, and no more customers getting two versions of the same thing.
Team shifts
Each person clocks in and out of their shift in the dashboard, and anyone off shift doesn't receive new conversations. Optional: the account can require a shift for distribution.
Viewer account
Give your client or franchisee a read-only account: they see the conversations and reports for their own number, without sending messages or changing anything.
CSAT (satisfaction)
Automatic satisfaction survey when the conversation ends.
Heat map
See your peak hours and size your team with data.
Wallboard / TV mode
Full-screen metrics so the team can follow the day in real time.
Audio transcription
Voice messages are turned into text — read them without listening, and search them by their content.
Angry customer detector
Sentiment analysis flags conversations that are heating up — step in before it turns into a complaint.
Audit log and export
A log of who did what in the dashboard, and conversations exported as PDF or CSV — the CSV includes each contact's tags and date added, ready for your analysis.
Smart notifications
Browser and mobile alerts, quiet hours per person and a daily activity summary on the owner's WhatsApp.
Dashboard in English, Spanish or Portuguese
The language is set for the whole account, so the entire team sees the same dashboard.
